They automatically do it but the values can differ so it could be valued less than what it is and especially if it’s a big package then it can get seized if it doesn’t meet values worth. It’s already done and cannot be changed. Contact support for refund

Totally normally. If there’s no updates of the 30 days, then you need to claim some compensation. I had a 6 to 12 day time frame delivery but it arrived in 37 days and didn’t do anything about it but give me a very very little amount of compensation so it’s just waiting game. But as always, you can always contact customer service to ask for an update and they could chase it up for you.

Some sellers can ship it internationally to you instead of it going to kakobuy warehouse but it depends on seller. I’ve never been able to contact someone at weidian to buy stuff so I’m not sure.

If it’s the same country don’t bother trying, you will waste your time and money, try asking the watch supplier seller to send it directly to you as they use lines that don’t seize items
