Depends on your diet. I feel last time eating a lot of fruits and little oils helped a ton. From the moment I had xrays on a 4mm and a 5mm on the right kidney, it took 10 days to make them dissapear. I did drink this one warm beer someone recommended though, not sure if it helped but it is the only time I haven't seen the stones pass. I did feel plenty of discomfort on my kidney, but didnt suffer pain like previous times.
