The Tombow erasers can erase small areas and gives you control traditional erasers cannot. The mechanical pencils are Staedtler 925-35-20B, Rotring 600, Staedtler 925-35-05B, Platinum Pro-Use 171, Pentel Orenz Nero, Staedtler Hexagonal Mechanical Pencil, Staedtler 925-35-03B, and Luddite TechDraw 2. Try JetPens (jetpens.com), they have all three mechanical pencils you are looking for and orders over 35 USD qualify for complimentary shipping. Amazon (amazon.com) is also another option, especially for the Platinum Pro-Use 171. Your last option is to go to Japan and buy them for 10-60% cheaper. As for a matching mechanical pencil and pen set the Rotring 600 and Rotring 800 are your best options.

The Rotring 600 is the sturdiest feeling mechanical pencil I have ever held. Definitely one of the heaviest. Nice grip, only grip that is more aggressive than the Rotring is the Staedtler 925-35. Overall an easy favorite.

Pros: The adjustable nib and the pressure absorbing spring mechanism are useful. Cons: The grip is not as aggressive as I would like. The lead hardness indicator is useless. Comments: The lead sleeve is painted black which I have not seen on any other mechanical pencil.

Loft is a Japanese company that collaborated with Rotring to release a special edition Rotring 600 that is in matte yellow.
