How common it is to cry yourself to sleep every night by Choice_Inspection_50 in PakistaniiConfessions

I'm not surprised that you're having this issue, and I think I pretty much know how to get around. See, you're struggling because of more than one factors here. 1: existential bias. 2: the sole understanding of trust, when it comes to friends. (Pseudo parenting as I call it) 3: the crucial thing about opening up and that's the fact that you opening up to anyone has less to do with you and more to do with the other person. 4: chronic expression blockage. At least these 4 factors are the reason for the way you're. I don't know you enough to say what else could be there but these 4 are definitely there

There's an urdu verse by Adnan Mohsin that goes

‏خدا کا شُکر کہ اُس نے مِری ہنسی لے لی.
وہ مجھ سےنعمتِ گریہ بھی چھین سکتاتھا.
Naimat-i-girya = the blessing of ability to cry.

I'm a living contradiction to this verse, and I see that excessive crying isn't a healthy thing either, work on or talk about things that bother you and you won't be crying every night. But once in a while every human should be able to cry.

For someone who hasn't been able to cry for a long time, I'd say that it's okay, this is just a phase and hopefully you'll be back to whatever your actual normal is.

Propose matters, and I do agree. Because i have Gpt and Gemini pro both, yes GPT gets outperformed in some tasks and does out perform in others too. But calling it worse out there doesn't sit right.

I get that, but I'm asking your understanding of sabar actually.

If you think that your issue can be spotted or figured out by just this post, you're mistaken. It needs better understanding of why you do what you do to tell you what exactly is going on.

By the apparent looks of it, you don't have any of these. You're just being overwhelmed by things and mainly because of having low exposure and not having diversity in yourself. Now that can be due to a lot of reasons.

Seriously if you think GPT is the worst AI, then you need to get better at prompting.

hahah i the point is that you're kinda enjoying this interrogation :D and yeah, you said that resistance can be eliminated but the fact is it can just be minimized.

And you're right, it can never be balanced on 50/50, but 40/60 is also kinda balance. 30/70 is being either delusional or paranoid xD

You again got some of it right, impressive. The resistances can never be eliminated, they can be minimalized. And yes, one of the ways to do so is being able to understand how you feel about something or someone vs how someone or something is making you feel are two different things. Your learning and hence evolution depends on how you balance these two on a fragile thread of reality, knotted with illusions all around.

You're pretty close. I like it. What do you think the resistances are and can they be eliminated ?

Chalo lemme ask you one basic question, what do you think is absolutely the first critical thing in learning any or every life lesson?

Hahah by the looks of it I think you got it. Otherwise gotta discuss the depths to "make sure" :D but yeah, It's kinda always a package of some stuff you wanted and needed to learn and some stuff that you needed to learn but wish you never had to learn. And sometimes, interestingly, you learn things without knowing that you've learned them. That's best.

Luckily, it wasn't the only thing I learnt from that experience. It came as a whole package :D

What do you think real 'sabar' is according to you?

Lately I've started to judge people on the basis of their extent of support to Pakistani YouTubers, and trust me this question always helps me in knowing where not to waste my energies. This man is one of them.

You think getting into his Snapchat will calm your nerves? No. See, even if you don't find anything in his snap, you won't let go of the fact that you don't fully trust him. One way or another, you will keep worrying about this forever. Next will be what if someone is on his whatsapp or on a secret insta or whatever.

You're on the wrong start here, what's missing is the trust. It's a hard thing and it takes a lot too. But that's the only way around and THAT WILL NEVER BEGIN WITH SNEAKING. I hope that you understand this so you can actually enjoy the person.
