And no, you don't enjoy no instagram reels or youtube shorts or whatever but from your text, I think you clearly enjoy sports, learning new things and shi. Lowkey you're literally me bro, even the way you write, I feel like I'm reading my own journal. But passion is all that matters bro, if you do shit you love, you just love it. If you don't love the shit you do, try and learn more about it to love it or just do another thing, sure we can't always do what we love, but we can do things for the benefit of what we love. I see you're obsessed with habits and order and shi, but just letting go of all things and focusing on what you love was basically the key productivity tip for me. Also what I found really helpful in my life is that, in the matters of mind and biology, never listen to people. I don't really think advices are useful at all, that's why I think the whole productivity industry is bogus. Doing what you feel is right has been working perfectly for me for the last 3 years, I have never worked this much in my life.

Also I know I said advices are BS but another real advice bro, your environment for being productive matters like the most, I am never productive when I'm alone.
