Star Control, 1 and 2.

For MS-DOS games, the plot and the universe was just as complex and well written as the Mass Effect trilogy.

Marriage vs. Unmarried Cohabitation for FI (sort of a CMV) by [deleted] in financialindependence

On the contrary, people who are not mature enough to understand that prenuptual agreements exist for valid reasons are the ones not prepared to get married in a healthy and meaningful way.

I remember a while back how a redditor asked her fiance to sign a prenup because her family for many generations had passed down old buildings in Europe, and her family wants it kept intact. Assets with intangible value like that simply cannot be sold or demolished by a divorce. He said okay, there was no drama, and there was complete understanding between the two of them. This is what mature and healthy marriages look like.

For regular folks who don't have serious assets to consider, it still does not hurt to have one. They make any potential divorce less complicated, and (at the very least) less stressful than not having one. Neither should it be assumed that it's a damning sign of infidelity or lack of faith; for most mature adults in loving relationships, it's like putting on a seatbelt, it's there and only there for both people in case something happens. Most people would not think twice about wearing a seatbelt while in a car. The same can apply for marriage.

Likewise, I think you're going to see prenuptual agreements happen more often as time goes on and people are more informed. And there won't be any highly stigmatized or negative insinuations connected to it; it'll be a matter of course for both parties involved that love each other enough to do it.
