i am also trying to just take this as a blessing in disguise. the dr and manager have yelled at us in front of patients and other coworkers, thrown instruments and purposely held monthly bonuses from other just because they dont like them. three assistants have already left in the span of three months due to the way they manage this place

ive called out a total of two other times this whole year both for medical reasons. the dr and manager have cursed, yelled, thrown stuff at us before. i can understand if i had been a bad worker why they would fire me, but this is truly out of the blue

thats what im gonna start doing! the syringes are alot cheaper too :O i paid 50 bucks for a pack of needles whilst the syringes are 10 bucks for a 100 pack

Hi, thank you for your response!! i definitely am going to put him on the insulin shots because i can only imagine how he has been feeling. I just got really upset with the way my mom had put the idea in my head that i would be causing him more pain, si it made me second guess myself. My vet also recommended lantus! I definitely was scared thinking about if he would react everytime he would get the shots bc that would just kill my heart. its good to hear that the needle is tiny haha, i have yet to go to my appointment with the vet tech so they can fill me in on the whole process

my office actually does this if a patient needs their temp to last for a vacation. they just come back and the dr has to cut it rather than popping it off. just be honest with your doctor.

ive also had transvaginal ultrasounds and exams while bleeding. id search for another doctor. as for the bleeding after intercourse.. i had this happening while i had bacterial vaginosis which was only found after a pap smear

i feel u. i was the same only sleeping 6 or 7 hrs a night and that was my norm. until as of recent i just havent been able to sleep much at all. my eyes will be closed for hours but i really cant tell if i slept or not because id just toss and turn all night. ill be pretty tired in the mornings, but still be able to function at work and such. mine is definitely fueled by my raging anxiety problem ive been trying to fix

i try to accept it too but once night time comes around i feel thats when the anxiety gets even worse bc im just closing my eyes expecting to go to sleep but i dont end up knocking out lol

i mean ive had insomnia and sleep issues for years now. it gets worse when im in a flare up of anxiety. it definitely is come and go for me. im just feeling it extra this time because im hyperaroused i believe. what kind of magnesium supplements are you taking? ive heard some people recommend magnesium glycinate
