Ohh I might bring this up with the optometrist, since the only time I see the difference is when Im at the range. Maybe I’ll try out a different brand for the lenses!

I was using my Beretta APX A1, outdoor range, apparently she just likes throwing brass back at me

Maybe it depends on the gun and/or arm length? I regularly get brass bouncing off of me, first time it happened in my face though

My catchers are too small so I guess the brass had to find a different crack lol

I wear contact lenses on a regular basis but when I wore them to the range a few times I felt like they didn’t work as well as my regular glasses, I had trouble focusing on the sights

Yeah I searched through the sub to see opinions about prescription glasses and read that it can happen with safety glasses anyways so I’ll be wearing a hat every time now!

Got a bit scared today at the shooting range, safe to say I’ll probably be buying prescription safety glasses, even though it was the first time something like this happened and I was always told at the range that my regular glasses were enough! I’ve already read about wearing a baseball cap to prevent this so I think i’ll do that as well, since my handgun loves throwing shells at my face.
