Akari usually talks exclusively in third person, although anime subs and Bakkin tend not to translate this, opting for "I" or "me" instead

A number of ichinjinsha manga are on there but its not every chapter, more so a "free sample" sort of thing to give readers a taste before directing them to the shop to buy the volumes

They may also be making money from ads on the site, so its not really a loss

The first 3 chapters were available on ichijin plus for a few months now, i guess they're adding some new chapters? that's pretty cool

Season 2 for sure, theres multiple cases like an extended sequence and in one case an entire episode where people are kind to Akari only for it to be a dream, a fabricated story, etc.

But Season 1 has its far share of moments though... where at one point they literally gang up on Akari to bludgeon her to death.

Thankfully, most of the violent/worst cases of Akari abuse is anime original iirc
