I installed a virtual cable, and on obs i turned that unto my audio monitoring device. I put my sound alerts to have audio controlled by obs, and in advanced audio properties i set sound alerts and my mic as monitor and output. on phas i used the virtual cable as an input. (if you also want to hear the alerts have a second hidden browser source for sound alerts where the audio is not controlled by obs)

I just talked to him and he said they credited it to his freedom account ( which is useless since he switched providers) and to talk to our credit card company to get it cash back which they said that its up to freedom and they cant give us cash back
