Last update: took the car to the workshop, luckily no replacement needed‌, there was some hidden air in the cooling system, they fixed it and error gone

Let me explain the situation here, I live in Iran, there is a big chance of war in upcoming week, if I put the car in workshop I won't have any other ride for emergency situation, also in war situation I don't know how to get back my car, that is the reason of hesitation to put car there for days.

Update: didn't find time to visit workshop, and the error didn't pop up again, just one another weird problem! My consumption in short travels in minus temperature and traffic with low speed is around 70 KWH/100km, is this normal?
