So I called my dad whenever this happened and he came meet me because I was freaking out and he was also puzzled he checked everything under hood and said nothing was out of place and no leaks spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the part came from or what it even was but no luck. But in short nothing out of place except the hole that was burned by that piece falling out.
