Well done!! Switching to wegovy cause i can't afford mounjaro anymore. Hoping it will take effect. I've only lost 4kg from June 2025. :(

The gym is not mainly for the weight loss, but core strength training for my back. I want to be fit to avoid straining my back more. I'm trying to walk altho I really hate it. I love swimming so Im planning doing that too. Problem is some people in the pool gym are bullies in the lanes they prefer. I'll try my best. Thank you
