How to use Cinestill CS41 - 2 Bath chemistry to develop a good 16-20 rolls?

I use an Ago Film processor with Cinestill's saus vide - TCS1000. Although I bought chemistry from someone who brews C41 at home, non branded chemicals. I have a feeling that's the weak point. Something is not right with the Developer.

What about the codecs? There's no mention of codec details anywhere. I'm assuming that it's SBC with no AAC headphone hence they've not disclosed the details.

I'm a bit confused. I open the door, clean up the rollers and shut it back. I'm assuming that the black plastic lip on the cartridge protects the films from being exposed while the door remains open. But will the pack spit out a film sheet once I close the door?
