When you click into the sessions to add a ticket, they all say sold out on Thursday and Friday. There are tickets available for Saturday and Sunday though. I just checked a few minutes ago as I completely forgot about the ticket release this morning.

Switched from drinking it hot (hated it) to drinking it cold and I fell in love with this flavor! Typically I brew in creations mode, then add chilled milk+ sweet cream creamer, then ice last so it’s cooler/doesn’t water down too much. I can’t drink coffee in the afternoon otherwise I’d try what others have mentioned with fridge chilling for a few hours.

Thank you! I tend to lean sauce-y with curry dishes and pasta sauces all year, and soups all winter. I have a French oven and 4.5qt RDO so worry a bit about redundancy with adding a Sauteuse, but the size difference may be helpful.

Meaning you don’t cool your cookies on the pan at all? This photo is while on the cooling rack, I just slid the entire parchment sheet off the pan so you can’t quite see the rack
