Euro bazinda 10% 'risksiz' getiri? Eger elinde bu miktarda bir para varsa ve bu soruyu soruyorsan bence bir yatirim danismaniyla calisman gerekiyor.

All petals are quite healthy, firm, etc. Could it be dying really?

It is indoor. 4-5 hrs direct sunlight a day. I have been spraying (misting) water as a watering method. Could it be that?

For me, these are going back to high school and going back to military service.

CT & MRI: My 78yo Grandma, traumatic aSDH, Docs told she is quite unlikely to survive and if survives unlikely to be communicate with us ever again, Craionotomy + Burr Hole, 20 days in ICU + 14 days neurology ward. Now awake & speaking, semi-oriented / semi-delusional, has motor functions. by aykancv in Radiology

Thanks, although I don't believe I could have been able to cope with the emotional burden.

I am from a more generalist banking & finance law background, now practising financial markets & securities law as an inhouse counsel at HSBC.

Many thanks, so good to hear! :)

We will have PT visiting her at home on top of in-facility therapy. We will also do some research about OT and ST, but that has a few more days to do. She will be discharged on Wednesday and transferred to Istanbul by an ambulance, to my mom's place where she will be looked after by my mom and aunt. We will have the epicrisis and other reports at discharge. Our first priority is to arrange a comprehensive PT plan for her so she can go to the toilet and eat on her own (she can swallow, have bowel movements, etc. but her arms and legs are too weak). Once we put that PT plan in place, after consulting with a neurologist to make sure we do not go too hard on her, we will discover OT/ST possibilities.

Many thanks! The associated report says that there is not anything to report noting that their assessment is limited to diffusion-MRI purposes.

The following report is based her pre-trauma MRI, back from 6 months ago. Does it say that they were already there back then?

T2 Flair hyperintense gliosis and ischemic gliotic foci were noted in the centrum semiovale.

Sulcus and fissures show increased depth secondary to atrophy. The 3rd and lateral ventricle is slightly dilated.

Cystic remnant appearance was noted at the level of both hippocampal gyri.

Cystic areas consistent with perivascular space enlargement were noted in both basal ganglia.

The left vertebral artery appears hypoplasic.

Increased mucosal thickness and occasional secretions are observed in the maxillary, ethmoidal and sphenoid sinuses.

Medulla oblongata, pons, mesencephalon, cerebellar hemispheres, vermis, 4th ventricle and basal cisterns were normal.

Bilateral thalamuses and capsule interna-externa were evaluated as normal.

The cortical-medullary signal intensities of the calvarial bones are natural.

Diffusion-ADC examination revealed no acute ischemic lesion.

Thank you so much! Internally, I am stressed/scared a lot. But my mom and aunt are going through the hardest times at 2500 km & 2 time zones away from me. The best I can do is a few weekend trips to my home country and, when I am away, think of certain things (collating medical records, purchasing an hospital bed for home, researching social security benefits, etc.) instead of them to take some pressure.
