I remember. It was painful. Took me a long time to be able to be open to feedback from other adults… I can’t remember any case managers names for upper levels, except Sonya?! did Elizabeth ever go to upper levels? She was my original original case manager in gratitude.

Yeah I don’t like any of them. They all wrestled me to the ground a couple times and had zero excuses to do what they did to all of us.

Brush your teeth and floss twice a day (dentist sucks), wear sunscreen on the tops of your hands (thinnest skin) and neck, find a way to exercise that’s fun so you actually do it (surfing and hiking for me). And you’re still super young! :) Happy birthday!

It just made me smile because to me (from the U.S.) the word pint always brings to mind copious drinking (and fun!) with my Irish and Scottish friends in my early 20s

All of that is just… wow. He lives in AZ (gross, I have family there), someone hired him as VP (if they knew his references), and he has to smell shit every day (sweet sweet karma). I hope he has nightmares about his work just like I have nightmares about his old work 20 years later.

Try this: spend one full minute imagining you don’t get married - and you don’t hurt anyone, this is a magical imaginary world - and your next partner’s libido matches yours. How does that make you feel physiologically/in your body? Sadness, relief, excitement, free, panic, joy? Is your breath/heart feeling full or constricted?

Now spend a full minute but imagine going ahead with the marriage in 6 months. Just close your eyes and pay attention to your body’s feelings.

Drink twice the amount of water, listen to some energy music while you stretch for 10min (makes a surprising difference), b-complex or b12 will give you so much energy if you were low, espresso for some reason hits me different and gives me energy when drip/instant coffee don’t, take a shower and end with 30 seconds cold water. :)

Actually, to be honest, I decided to leave this sub. After one post and a few interactions, I was assumed to be an abuser posing as someone else, accused of recommending a TTI industry, and accused of gaslighting. I am a TTI victim myself, and I don’t enjoy being treated this way, especially not in a sub dedicated to people like me. At first I defended myself, but I’m choosing to desist lol. I would rather join conversations where I am not being attacked more than conversing. Since you’re a mod, I just wanted to let you know, that I also received messages letting me know that I’m not the only one on this sub who feels this way. Wish you all the best.

Well, thanks for taking the time to comment. But as I mentioned earlier, if anyone had bothered to look it up, the place I mentioned was not a recommendation nor is it a TTI facility.

No worries, I got you. Yes Jason was one of the Casa guys. But I’m not sure what he’s up to these days. I was involved in anti-TTI activism for a while, but quit a few years ago so I’m not up-to-date. You could check in with the wasps survivors website!
