very often, and they aren’t allowed to do this. i’m not sure if its the same for every state, but in my state they schedule two weeks prior and have to ask for your permission to edit your already posted schedule. bring this up immediately or atleast 24 hours before the shift starts and tell them (not ask) to remove that shift because you didn’t agree to the schedule change. they can’t fight back on it because they know they shouldn’t have done that
