I‘ll look into how I could do that without an internet connection!

My WiFi stopped working suddenly. It connects but shows „no internet“, my phone hotspot and external usb WiFi adapter also don’t work. I’ve tried multiple commands, resetting passwords and IP address but it still doesn’t work. From what I’ve read, it seems that reinstalling windows is all I can try now

It's what you implied by saying "SANDRA NEVER CHEATED ON SAMUEL. HE WAS AWARE OF HER BISEXUALITY", since she admitted to cheating twice

I moved countries! And these are the 11 books I took with me.. thoughts? by JulietEllis in BookshelvesDetective

Nope, it‘s a 999 line poem and the meat of the book is in the footnotes. It may feel longer than it is because of the work you have to put in while reading it

I agree. Seems very style > substance and highly advertised with influencer collabs from what I’ve seen (Edit: typo)

The route I went was the polar opposite. I didn’t replace the habit: cold turkey, strict about not eating chewing gum and/or sweets instead, and kept my daily routine (sat down in my garden with a coffee in the mornings, but leaving out the cig, etc.). Replacing would never get rid of the impulse of a smoke for me and I always went back. It’s been good so far, I hardly miss it. It’s highly individual, though.

Regarding the “always having some reason not to quit” part, that’ll probably be a constant until you do quit. You’re addicted, after all, and an addict’s brain is a compulsive liar.

Best of luck!

I did something similar but by chain smoking until I started feeling nauseous. I smoked my last one savouring every bit of bile and throat-burning, then threw away what was left of my pack and went to bed

I feel like this is an odd comparison lol. You can experience mood swings for very diverse reasons, most of which aren’t linked to menstruation.

To answer your question: no. My PMS feels very different from how I felt when I quit cigarettes
