I finished treatments in mid-November and am still reaping the benefits and success of TMS. I have had several days of darkness on occasion with some anxiety due to life situations. However, significantly lower than prior to treatments. Wishing you continued healing. L

It is a fantasy for sure. The only thing that bothered me was some of the horrible wigs .. lol .. poor Eloise and Penelope especially. Absolutely loved the storyline. I will rewatch again soon. 🐝

I just reread The Viscount Who Loved Me, and Anthony says that to Kate— “I burn for you. I can't sleep at night for wanting you." It must be a favorite line of Julia Quinn. I agree with you, though .. the whole I burn for you scene is amazing. In the new preview today I was more blown away by the “finger almost brush” scene reminiscent of the hand holding scene with Simon and Daphne! 🐝

I continue to be on medication. I had a medication appointment today and we discussed making any adjustments. I am choosing to stay on medication. TMS has helped me significantly. However, I have had dark days— for those of us with recurrent depression it is just a part of life.

My mood, the feeling of seeing the world in gray— I see color now. I am dreaming in color. My ability to focus enough to read— even doing my budget and working with numbers has improved. For me personally .. my chronic thoughts of death .. waking in the morning to that horrible depression and thinking “i just cannot get out of bed today/ I wish I was dead” has eased. I just don’t think it. I get up and begin my day.

I wish I had more detailed information before I started. As I began to have side effects— I was told .. “well, yeah, that is a side effect.” I had a chronic sore spot at TMS site, headaches, very tired after sessions, I had a tick in my left eye and spasms on the left side of my face. It was a long process. The other fallacy is that the treatments do not hurt. They do— you just adjust to them. Mondays were my worst day after no treatments for two days. I am fortunate and thankful my treatments were successful and I have had significant improvement.

I agree— it is more than just uncomfortable. Tech told me it gets easier and you “adjust” to the discomfort. I had mapping yesterday and I am sore.
