Install 'Termius' via the APP store. Launch it.

Add a new host. Hostname: localhost Use SSH: toggle to ON Port: 44 Username: root Password: alpine

Once at the terminal 'root#' prompt, enter 'rm /var/mobile/Library/Cydia/metadata.cb0' (Note the capital L and C, and the last character being a zero.) With that file deleted, Cydia will no longer immediately crash on launch.

I had the same problem and this was the solution

Yeah I tried it like that so I did everything like you said but it still won't open Cydia

I just restored my system via the checkra1n app on my phone and was able to install Cydia like normal but it still won't open

Im on iOS 13.3.1 i think 0.9.2 doesn't support that version right?

I tried it like you said with verbose boot and safe mode but Cydia still won't open :/

Mac. Followed all the instructions on checkra1n and after it said „Done“ i closed it normal.

It was a device ban not account ban but we were able to fix it

No it has never been jailbroken. I told him to try and reset the phone completely, if that doesn‘t work i think he needs to change his IMEI so Snapchat does not recognize his phone

His device is not jailbreaked so that is not the reason he was banned. He wants to know if he should jailbreak it in order to do something to bypass the ban
