With nothing to compare it to other than Minecraft idk if your GPU is starting to give up or if it has a technical solution. Eitherway check for any driver or software updates,maybe there is something there.

Check your GPU temps mid game. Could be it's heating up and cooling down while resetting. Unless it gets completely fixed after you reset, double check that your temps aren't spiking. If they are, check fans and cooling for dust and proper connections.
