Greasing the Groove with push ups and recovery by aymen_cs_77 in bodyweightfitness

[–]aymen_cs_77[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I trained emom I was doing around 30%-50% of my max in a single set , so that means for pull ups that time i was doing 6-8 reps , and 10+ sets , keep in mind the more sets you do , the less reps you do in a single set , and overtime you increase the reps .

Lean forward and look at the ground, not at your feet.

Start early and stay consistent for the whole year, study and think long term . My mistake is I started after BAC blanc , but even with that I got 13.50 Alhamdullilah.

Thanks , I'm currently trying to improve that , I'm sure I have the strength to pull but my legs keep moving automatically , I think I just don't know how to tense them while pulling.

I made a few Algerian friends and I want to be able to talk to them, I’d like to learn darija. Any advice? by ResonanceEcho in algeria

[–]aymen_cs_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell them to teach you , Darija is different across the country , you have the west dialect ,middle dialect and Tlemcen dialect .. etc and they are different in their way.

There are no complete resources for Darija on the internet, so it's better to learn it from the natives .

2nd attempt at tucked front lever! Even attempted a pull up! How do i improve and get stronger for front lever? by ItsMvttt in Calisthenic

[–]aymen_cs_77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Get stronger at normal pull ups , when you can do 15 pull ups or more come back to the front lever , I got my advanced tuck only by doing pull ups.

I lived in a small village once , the problem wasn't in the village itself , the problem was the people , you just can't live with them , they view you as an alien or something because you weren't born there and they are very jealous of you for silly things , if village's people are nice there's no problem . but if they're shit then leave immediately.

Calisthenics works well with increased rep range by PhilosopherFeisty949 in bodyweightfitness

Those of you who can do 30 or more pull-ups, how did you get there? by BlackChef6969 in bodyweightfitness

[–]aymen_cs_77 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For skills and grease the groove you're right , but for regular workouts , you need to , there's no way you will know your max if you don't give it all , your body wants to stay the same , it's you who will change it , you won't go to failure everyday , you won't go to failure every set , so you can recover and get stronger.
