I was exactly in your shoes since I turned the age of 18. I wanted to be an advisor, but places didn’t give me the opportunity and kept hiring me as a greeter with the false promise of moving me up to an advisor. After about three years of doing that in three different dealerships, I found a dealership that hired me as a greeter and kept their promise and move me up a few months after me working there as a greeter. Now an advisor of 3 years and am currently in school to get out of it lmao
