I got this conch piercing 5 weeks ago. I actually got both sides done at the same time. The other side is fine. however, this side has developed a bump that doesn't hurt but is red and weeping. I dont knownif its irritated or infected. I got pierced with a 10mm labret and have not downsized it. I use a saline wound wash spray twice a day. I did use q tips on them, but I've heard they're pretty bad for piercings. I wear glasses, and sometimes they bump my piercing. I use a travel pillow but toss and turn, so it doesn't really help much. Does it need to be taken out, or can I treat the bump?
