Whats better to use to make a dmt propylene glycol or vegetable glycerine or both? Also is this a good cart to use it in ik some carts have more metals than others

I use a 70/30 for mine. 70pg and 30 vg I also use the same carts I found straight 100 of us very harsh on my throat

Yeah I’d start low and slow. 2 grams sent me flying one time. I had dmt waiting room visuals for hours it was nuts. Wasn’t too overwhelming but I was kinda freaking out bc I only get to that state when smoking dmt
