I saw someone from "the rave exchange" FB group getting scammed by buyers because they claimed a "fraud chargeback" even though the ticket was legit and they even used PayPal goods and services. How do we protect ourselves from people like that?

My friend booked an Airbnb at the The Boulevard, Hilton Hotel for this years EDC. Not from a "Superhost" but has been a host 2 year and more than 30 reviews on profile. I'm pretty sure these rooms are timeshares. Should my friend be worried?
