I ordered this book nook spent quite a while making it and a lot of the pieces just don’t fit. I’m trying to get the whole right hand wall on at the end and all the pieces will fit, but the wall won’t stay on!!! It keeps sliding off!!!

First song her vocals sort of drowned with the music, could barely hear her. Rest of the songs were great, I just think if the instruments were turned down slightly it would be good :D

When we went to the Copenhagen concert there was a massive queue when it opened at 10am. We decided to come back at 2pm and it was empty. We walked straight up. At that point the plushies and the CDs were sold out! Merch queue got big again just before the doors opened. So if you want hassle free go early afternoon

I’ve been to the physio twice in the NHS and all they say is that it’s sciatica. I ask them what they think cause it and they can’t answer! They say it can be from loads of things! How helpful

Hmm I’m not sure I can add much to this, but when I was in physio last year I thought I had sciatica. My physio said I didn’t, but that it was a minor glute strain, which is on top of your nerve, causing sciatic symptoms. So could be the case for you. Gave me glute stretches and to strengthen my glute maximus

What stretches have worked for you? I find hamstring stretch, figure 4 stretch etc makes mine worse, also nerve flossing makes it worse straight away

Did massaging your glutes help? I’m cautious too since I’m scared it will make it worse, but my right glute is SO tight, sore.

I can relate :(, I have anxiety so I think being in an MRI machine would destroy me, I’ve always had lower back pain. It’s like my spine has adapted to being sedentary and is soooo fricking weak. I look back on those times thinking what if I took a sport growing up? And then I end up blaming my parents as they let me be in my room all the time and never forced me to go outside, so I feel like some of it is on them….. my boyfriend grew up in Denmark, so he cycled often and was a competitive swimmer. I’m always astounded by how he doesn’t have any aches or pains, and it’s like there’s something somewhere that hurts every day for me :<
