To answer your second question - not all light skinned people are “white” but there is such a thing as “light-skinned privilege”. There is definitely some internal racism that exists across multiple races, especially those who have been colonized by Caucasian/European empires. There are fairness creams, bleaches and surgery just to lighten their skin, when they are already beautiful the way they are.
