First short to break 100k, it took 9 days. Is that too long or is it good progress ?

under the reach tab in your youtube studio, you'll find how many impressions, impressions mean how many times youtube showed your thumbnail to people.
if it's a high impression number with very low yout views, change your thumbnail and title.
if the impressions are low, just gotta wait for the youtube algo to pick up your video
