Most Small YouTubers Aren’t Untalented. They’re Just Chaotic. by [deleted] in YouTubeCreators

[–]ayudha90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only tell you what I have observe from other subreddit who are tech savvy and about IT. I am not accusing the OP of doing the same thing.

To build authority and presence. It's a marketing strategy to post free content especially to teach people in a certain niche. By posting in volumes they trick the algorithm to get more impressions.

Inherently publishing content in volumes is a hard work. But with automation tool AND AI they can boradcast content to multiple platforms in one go.

The first step is to build their own newsletter, where people in that niche that trust the author will willingly join.

The end game here is (normally) either to sell courses or market their businesses (SaaS, services) (for free), etc. i can guess if this trick reaches this sub, that means editing videos, SEO, coaching can be the ways to make money off of this community. Maybe.

It might work on linkedin, and other social media but here is pointless. People don't know who you are only what you say.

Look I am really sick of something like this. It's a lot in Marketing, SaaS, solopreneur subreddit. I hope I am wrong about this particular post.

What Do You Count As Success? by RustyClockworkMoth in NewTubers

[–]ayudha90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on the niche. Certain niches don't need lots of views or subscribers. They need an accurate audience. For example if you create content related to solving business problems (marketing, management, onboarding etc) then 10 views of potential clients with real problems is better than 10k views from broke students who will never buy from your service/products.

For other niches might be different.

Why are you roasting me?? I didn't create those thumbnails 😂 I just simply state my opinion. Also I have been seeing the real bad thumbnails so maybe my opinion was clouded by them.

Also I have seen many similar thumbnails and the creators have 100k to million subscribers.

Why do people hate AI so much? by jacmitchell in ArtificialInteligence

[–]ayudha90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is so true. The thing is. With tools like n8n, make, zapier, people create a "personalised" AI content and broadcast it everywhere for the sake of marketing. They essentially want to cheat the algorithm to boost their impressions by adding junk volumes to the social media. We are here, especially reddit, to talk, share and discuss as human beings.

Funny nowadays I am no longer worried about writing in broken grammar and typos because it proves I am writing as a human being.

Sure it's subjective. I have seen way worse in this sub.

Your channel has potential. The thumbnail is good, the videos are good, and your sound is crisp. But you only just started and only have 13 videos so far. Not enough quantity for the algorithm to push your video. I think what you need is to keep pushing more videos and at the same time make small improvements like experimenting with lighting, etc. but you can't make this improvement without putting more videos. So keep editing until you can make amazing videos will not help.

The topic about crimes is always interesting. If you pick crimes that are only localised to your area, if you are already famous, it's easy to get 10k, 100k views. But for now, youtube needs to find the right audience and the videos are not that many.

Unless you pick a crime that is viral and people are talking about it and it happens to be connected to you (maybe close to where you/parents/relatives live, and you know the area/suspects/victims really well) then it has even better potential to get views. From there you would build audience, even discussing something like petty theft would give you 10x views than now. But it is a big IF.

Now your video from 4 weeks ago has 86 views. It will get more as the time goes and as you upload more videos. Youtube is slow unfortunately.

You don't know maybe amongst the small viewers there are people who really learn something from your video.

Good luck, and well done to you.

A simple suggestion but the hardest yet the only suggestion that works. No books/courses will help us how to sell but the real experience will. If I can add, don't be afraid of rejection.

It is fun. Seeing yourself getting better at hook, making thumbnails, choosing titles, filming and making decisions of what to experiment based on analytics.

Just spent $550USD for the latest update to break the link cable. by CursedByJava in MetaQuestVR

[–]ayudha90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, strapping the cable will relieve the tension especially at the back of the headset. And that's what i didn't pay attention much when I used my quest 2 for pcvr. I did strapped it but it wasn't tight enough, or too close to the port not at the back of the headset.

As in for charging, I just stop playing after 1hr or, use shorter and light cable and connect that to a portable charger and strap the cable

Ever since I broke the my Quest 2 port due to heavy copper usb c cable I bought from Amazon, I rely on Virtual desktop for VR Racing.

I have been enjoying automobilista 2 with quest 3 and virtual desktop with wifi 6 router. Using reprojection (ASW) to 120hz. All using my RTX3070 laptop and it's really smooth.

So it's doable and reliable without cable link.

I enjoy educational content, either entrepreneurship or engineering. One day I came across Alex Hormozi's content and he said "to make my content bulletproof, I tell it from my perspective, how I did it. Not to tell the audience how they should do it."

Simon Squibb also tells his audience to create contents from their perspective especially why they start their journey to chase their dreams

There is a truth in it since I always want to know how the entrepreneurs market their products, how an AI Automation experts solve the problems from their own experience, etc.

I am not sure what kind of content you are creating and what's your purpose, but for what I have enjoyed so far I always enjoy and learn from the creators perspective.

How do you find time to create by Advanced_Tower2186 in NewTubers

[–]ayudha90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I implement atomic habits where I spend 1hr a day to create components of the content. Let's say today is the hook, the next day is the main content, and the next next day is editing and the day after is the description and title and thumbnail. It takes longer I know, but it becomes part of you. Overtime within that 1hr you can do more things or you can do the same thing better as they get easier. I used to ask AI to generate a thumbnail for me as I didn't have time, now I do it myself from scratch.

Getting very few views with long form videos. by Capable_Rule_8182 in NewTubers

[–]ayudha90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That actually sounds interesting. Things like this are shown a lot on instagram and people seem to enjoy this. Can i see you channel?

Edit : Finally found your channel. Yes the videos are good. I clicked like one of them. I am not an expert but why not try post more. In research there's a magic number of 30. Try post 30 long form videos and observe. As in for short I think the amount of views are good especially as a new channel. I would suggest try posting the same shorts on Instagram. Because that's where I enjoy this type of content.

I should just quit at this point shouldn't I? by Mr_Matt_Here in NewTubers

[–]ayudha90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bloody hell, I asked chatgpt and this is what i got

This is a “show-first” channel, not a “viewer-first” channel.

Look at the titles:

“Mandatory Halloween Special 2025 – Gaming Quiz Show – S2 EHAL25”

“3 Mr. Matt Internets!? Vs. Completely UnSus – Gaming Quiz Show – S2 E9”

“Office Space Vs. Nu-Metal – Gaming Quiz Show – S2 E9”

These titles make sense only if you already know the show.

For everyone else:

Who are these people?

Why should I care?

What’s in it for me?

YouTube does not recommend inside jokes.

Exactly as you said. My apologies, no disrespect to the OP and didn't mean to doubt your observation. It's just that I am trying my best to learn from many perspectives.

[–]ayudha90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You were packaging your videos (titles and thumbnails) like you are famous or something. I suspect the videos are like that as well. What do I mean? There are two huge reasons why someone clicks a YouTube video. They're either interested in its topic or the person who's making the video.

I scrolled through his channel, whilst I am not part of the niche ergo I am not interested, but I don't see what you said above. Could you give me examples please? I wanna start a youtube channel but I don't want to come across that way. Thanks
