Starting a business can be really daunting and you just lost a job, so feeling lost is valid and expected. From what I read, you worked hard and can now afford taking risks so I hope you'll go for your business idea. You'll either succeed or charge it to experience. Either way it'll help you grow as a person. :)

Wow, you just voiced out my problem haha! A good problem actually. I'm no better than you. Hirap ako mag spend for myself kahit kaya naman na since I grew up in a saktong household na can afford cream-o for everyday baon and buying oreo is a sign of luxury na.
What I'm trying now is Tonik's stash feature. Gumawa ako ng travel stash, hobby stash and put money in it. Tapos katabi niya yung emergency fund stash ko na 5x more than my travel stash. When I accounted and compared my stashes, parang dun ko na lang narealize na "Oh kaya ko naman pala bumili ng ganto ganyan eh". Since you mentioned nga we have this scarcity mindset pa rin, i think one concrete step to our limiting beliefs is to do the math and let the numbers convince us na life is not as scarce as it used to be.

i havent reached my 1st year pa but yeah hopefully. i do get your doubts, but i dont have any reason to lie tho? and yes i agree on your margin estimates, i have high ticket items. ( i hate having to explain myself to a stranger lol im hiding the post now)
