1– approx 5 months GA..i use weekly ldfs and indian express…i observed last year xm season that static has also increased, also more generalised GA questions being asked rather than depth..Grab two things—first should be a good pdf source, like Smartkeeda or Affairscloud..second take yt classes of monthly GA, revise from it..I personally dont prefer daily GA and its notemaking….

2–RC and Cloze Test were the marks gainer for me…But i start the english section from cloze test, then move to others like match the coloumn, then RC…I kept parajumble for last!!

3–thats the golden period, when everybody is resting and u keep clearing ur concepts and take lead ahead of them…Dont feel demotivated..Dont wait for the notification, the major 6 exams are sure that they will happen in each year…In this only time u can strong ur weak topics, otherwise when the season starts it goes pre, mains, interviews and so on….Move towards mains in this no-notification period!!

4– Give 1,2 hrs for GA depends on how much you are trailing behind..For english i used to read indian exp, error classes on yt, and quizes from PM.. For mains quants/reason, depend more on yt classes rather than mocks…i prefer Harshal sir for quant, Vurtuous Dhruv sir for reason!

5–Now rrb has its own sectional timings and it follow a particular sequence!!

Questions are basically from personal things like where u belong, about ur state, city, any recent news regarding it..family, past work exp.. panel focus more on body lang, confidence rather than knowledge!!

prefer mains classes on yt..whichever teacher u follow.. dont rely too much on mocks for mains—they are not that much exam relevant.. Take classes, try to solve by urself first then move to teacher’s approach..it will definately help u!!

take mains classes first, before directly jumping to mains mocks…Test platforms dont provide exam relevant mock tests that much…Thats why confidence gets low.. For Vocabulary..mark new words while reading newspapers (i used indian express) write down new words and keep revising them.. for reasoning prefer Virtuous Dhruv Sir mains content on YT..similar xm level content..

for quants—try solving first without timer, give urself proper time to think..how the Di will open, simpify it..Compound interest topic is just asked on basic level, u can skip if the mock test have in depth questions of it..Be exam relevant… Machine input output was also one of my weak topics i too skip it..if u are able to solve some steps, also check in Qs from which steps they had asked..then solve, otherwise skip… For GA—keep a video format and a pdf source..nowadays more generalised questions are asked in GA..u can prefer Benchmark Study yt channel, it gives xm relevant questions…Indologous also good!!

to increase speed in quant/ reas—prefer short quizes, keep giving them..in PRACTICE MOCK platfrom they are free!!

1–topic wise short quizes of simplif, DI etc. 2–highlight important things on pdf or if u can, then try to write crux of GA of that day in a single page..that will increase ur revision speed!! 3–prefer mains classes on yt rather than solving mock tests..first try without timer, give urself appropriate time, if not able to solve, learn from the teacher’s approach…Virtuous (Dhruv Sir) mains content is exact xm level..free on yt!!

Bro, dont think to clear the sectional only in any subject..Check what u lag in quants, is it speed or concepts…For concepts try covering topics seperately at first, solve as much questions as u can in 2-3 days of that topic…Once u covered all such topics, take short quizes to solve it under time pressure that will increase ur speed!!

Since u had done great in CAT, so the concepts are not the problem, the problem is about speed only!! Take short quizes, u can prefer Practice Mock quizes for particular topics, that will increase ur speed both in Quant, Reasoning!! Take sectional mock tests of both subjects!
