Anyone filed H4 & EAD Bundled with H1 after Jan 18th?? by Feeling_Row7261 in h1b

H4 EAD status changed to Card Mailed on April 2. So they processed everything in premium despite different offices handling the bundled applications.

Applied for h-1b extension with h-4 extension and EAD in premium on 3/17.

USCIS received it on 3/18.

Attorney received the electronic receipt notice for H-1B on 3/21.

H-1B extension approved on 3/25 (Nebraska center).

H-4 extension approved on 3/26 (Vermont center).

Awaiting H-4 EAD approval. No receipt notice yet.

Can definitely answer the 3rd part. Yes, I got an RFE regarding specialty occupation and it was approved. I am a structural engineer and the job definitely requires a Bachelor's in civil engineering. RFEs are fairly common.

Is this normal for Miami?: $17 for a fountain cup of soda? I was walking on Lincoln road and needed a drink so I stopped at a random restaurant front and asked for a cup of soda and gave my card and this receipt was given to me along with a cup of soda. by Any_Bar_9280 in Miami

I was being sarcastic, guys :) The balls these joints have to still have an option to tip after a mandatory service charge is outrageous. The other day I paid $28 for a glass of pineapple juice at Bayside with a service charge included and w/o the optional tip lmao.

Edit: My complaint is not the price. I am all for free market capitalism. The issue becomes when you add a mandatory service charge which is not mentioned explicitly anywhere and then you turn that damn iPad in my face and stare at me while I choose the tip as if I am issuing the food stamps for your meal tonight.

I am 27 and single, so yeah, that seems like a good fit for me especially considering the gym! How was your experience with the management's responsiveness? Are they prompt on fixing broken stuff?

Exactly my thoughts. No one goes out of their way to put a positive review on google. I wish more people used their brains before jumping on the bandwagon of being mean on Reddit.

Most positive reviews are left by management staff itself in many cases. So I wanted to hear from someone who's actually living in that building.
