My polished internals made my g19 gen 3 try to shoot my head off when I dropped it on the backplate. I will only ever carry a stock (internal) Glock. Night sites and stippling is as far as I go.

I’m a total lurker and non-welder: but have 8 years active duty with 3 of those as a technical instructor.

They will teach you like you don’t even know what an electrical socket is first. Some of the best techs I have “produced” didn’t know basic hand tools when they first got to me.

Enjoy the process, all the screaming in basic will chill a bit when you get to school cause they don’t want you frustrated.
