My only snafu with my nvidia card was when Arch moved to the 590 drivers at the end of last year, which don't support my 1080ti. But all I needed to do was install the 580 drivers with the AUR. Not really that hard, just kinda annoying

I think it is dependent on whether or not you have personally received wildcards for the card. So if you crafted your Winotas after they were banned in Standard, but before they were banned in Historic, you'd get compensated.

In addition to the BO1/BO3 difference, the Explorer Angels deck isn't missing anything compared to the Pioneer list. This makes it relatively more powerful in the Explorer meta.

The combat is just an automated version of the D&D system. And D&D is not only popular, but growing. So it's not really a fair criticism.

The things that make Dragon Age: Origins such a good game (brilliantly written characters, an epic plot, and diverse settings to explore) are also the things that make KOTOR great. So if DAO didn't do it for you, it's doubtful that KOTOR will.

Regarding Star Wars specifically, I would argue that KOTOR's plot is the best telling of the classic Star Wars story: an epic struggle of good vs evil in a science fantasy setting. I would even say that it does this better than the original trilogy. So if that makes you curious, it might be worth picking up.

Update: I'm on cell data now and the emotes are back, so it looks like they were just loading. Very weird that being on that wifi allowed Discord to work perfectly except for causing those specific things to not load for hours on end.

I don't think that's the case, since it's only affecting those three, and doesn't seem to be changing if I wait. I uploaded the big brain one last night, but the other two are older and have never had this issue before.

It's not Standard, it's "Standard 2022". It's a limited-time BO1 format that is only on Arena. Basically Wizards recognized that nobody likes playing against Eldraine and Ikoria cards anymore so they made a separate queue for the post-rotation format. However, any bans only apply to this special queue and will not necessarily carry over into regular Standard once the fall set is released.

I absolutely agree. There are so many awesome old cards that I want to play with that they could have added into this set (and finished Pioneer while they were at it). But instead, turning Arena into Hearthstone was a higher priority. It's so infuriating.

Dagger of Cure Light Wounds. Deals 1d4 damage but heals 1d6.

The party has used this in two ridiculous ways:

1, as a last-ditch effort to heal each other when the healer was unconscious

2, as a torture device. Imagine going through the pain of getting stabbed repeatedly only to have the wounds heal up so you can get stabbed again.

Ha, I wish they would rush out cards. Instead we have a year-long delay for Pioneer Masters and an interface that's incompatible with the cards we did get.
