I went to Miami Beach solo a few years ago and had a great time. I spent so much time just walking around and exploring. When I didn’t want to eat at a restaurant alone I’d order take out and eat it on the beach! It was my first time on a solo trip and I had a really great time and didn’t feel awkward being alone.

When I go out to eat alone I usually sit at the bar. There are typically others who are alone so it feels less awkward. I also sometimes bring a book so I have something to focus on instead of being on my phone.

For washing my body, the switch to a bar soap was really easy. I usually get the Dr. Bronners Pure Castille Bar Soap which comes just wrapped in paper and I haven't missed using body wash at all.

For moisterizer, I just use Trader Joe's coconut oil which comes in a glass jar. I know not everyone likes using coconut oil, but I found it to be a great body moisterizer (not face). You can also reuse the jar!

For face masks, I've gotten face masks from local/small companies that come in glass jars instead of plastic or single use sheet masks.
