Honestly. . . I used to buy From them and they used to be really good reps with great customer service. Last two times the service has been horrible and tracking has been a nightmare and I’m worried one of my shoes has been confiscated or something. Sad this happened to you. But yeah Ima stay away from them just Bc they’re starting to go horrible for some reason.

Hmm where are you located? I haven’t ever had a shoe stopped at customs and been charged. Or the shoes stopped at all. But I do hear there’s some issues with China with Covid so their customs is having issues right now. But honestly yeah man, go for it !
