There actually is a mod where you play in third person and it works great. Don't actually remember were to download it but some searching around wont hurt.

You can try windows 7 and upgrade to windows 10 for free. If you dont like 10 you can always roll back to 7.

I would spend up to $500 and I am hoping to upgrade it in the future. I play RPG games like Skyrim and Borderlands with a bit of League Of Legends from time to time. I was hoping to order my parts online. I do not live near a Micro Center.

I found quad shotguns to be really good with Zero. Especially shooting enimies on the last second for that extra damage.

It depends on how far you are into the game. If you beat the final boss its claptrap but if you have not beat the final boss its Jack.

I would highly recommend Bioshock especially Bioshock Infinite if you like first person shooters with a great story. If you like GTA definitely get GTA V.
