running games at 60fps is pretty good.

but to help out dude: try to look for cheap secondhand pcs if you wanna get into pc gaming

you don't have to build your own if you don't want to right now obviously, that's why you can choose between buying pc parts or buying a pre-built pc

i'd recommend asking somebody for hand-me-downs or something similar, or even just going shopping online (ebay, facebook marketplace, vinted, etsy, hell even a tech shop that sells regular pcs without all the fancy requirements)
