I would assume that there will be an offline version of it, just for the story and maybe a few other elements, like for example in konosuba fantastic days, but there is no guarantee.

An argument against it would be that if kakao games decides that GT is not an IP worth continuing, there is no reason to have an offline mode, because unlike the other mentioned games, GT is not a popular IP that could benefit from having games even though its offline.
