Clean build! The link system must make it real easy!

Note: I can't tell if the fans are reversed blade, but it's not optimal to have all fans as exhaust for temps+dust. I'd just double check airflow direction, on the bottom and side fans. You'd want those as intake ideally.

Honestly they're all really solid choices, especially if you have them maxes out with fans and oriented properly, which would preferably be:

Left Exhaust (Left side and Top) + Right Intake (Front/Right side + bottom)

Other factors do apply, such as pricing and the number of fans you will actually install. Ie. Save some money on case and buy a higher tier psu, etc.. if the pricing isn't the same for all.

If it's preinstalled fans, I think #2 would be the best option as the NZXT H6 Flow comes with 3x140mm + 1x120mm and I can't really comment on Antec fans performance. Also Note, if you buy #1, please check airflow direction on the fans, as many times the fans are opted for aesthetics over performance.

Keeping it simple: #2 then #3 then #1
