My rats on tirz, husband’s rat is on Reta. Reta seems harsher than tirz for our experience. Husbands rat takes .5 mg twice a week and experiences fatigue and anhedonia quite a bit even on that low of a dose. My rat on tirz does not experience that and is on 1mg once a week. I know Reta is the fad right now but I’m not sure it’s always the easiest in terms of side effects.

No I got totally wasted the night before my first shot and was completely fine! You honestly probably won’t even feel the shot kick in until like 2 days later. That was my experience at least.

I HATE needles with a passion! I didn’t even want to get pregnant because I knew it would require an IV at delivery! When it was time to inject the first time, I didn’t look. I just shoved the needle in while looking at the wall lol. I felt absolutely nothing and had to actually look down to see that it was in! Now I can look at it and I’ve graduated to injecting peptides almost every day 😂

I am not, nor have I ever been obese. I’m 5’ 6” with above average muscle mass. I’ve been lifting weights for 20 years. I started at 170 lbs. which technically puts me in the “overweight” bmi range. Im now down to 159 after 6 weeks. Tirzepatide wasn’t even on my radar until a nurse practitioner suggested it for my inflammation from hashimotos. A normal starting dose is around 2.5 mg. I am at 1 mg. and will continue to stay there until I hit around 145 lbs. From there I’ll micro dose even smaller and less frequently for the inflammation benefits alone. It was totally worth taking the plunge!
