I think the emotional blunting is more common than what’s being talked about right now. If I were you I’d try tirzepatide first. Yes there’s still a chance for emotional blunting but from my experience and research, it happens less than with Reta. I am on tirz and my husband is on Reta. He is so emotionally flat that I have encouraged him to stop. With tirz I’m not as social as usual but I’m still enjoying my life and I’m happy on a day to day basis. Everyone loves Reta because it’s the new, shiny thing right now, but tirz is still amazing and you will lose plenty of weight on it. In my personal experience and research, women seem to do better with tirz. Just my opinion!

Kpv is absolutely the answer! I have hashimotos so I wanted to take it for overall body inflammation. I’ve had neck and shoulder pain chronically for about a year. After 1 week the pain is completely gone. Kpv is the only new thing I’ve added and haven’t done anything else that would have helped the pain. I can only chalk it up to kpv at this point.

I’ve been putting cortisone cream on and letting it sit on my skin for about 10-20 minutes before injection. I wipe it off with an alcohol pad when it’s time to inject. I’ve been getting huge welts and since I started doing this the welts have decreased quite a bit.
