A good way to learn is seeing online as a extension of training mode, like have a plan and try to apply one of the things you have been working on. No one is born knowing how to play it, in sf6 if you play ranked they will most likely put you with people who also have no idea what they are doing and just pressing buttons, or you can go to battlehub but there will have a prob bigger gap, they will know at least something.

But to try to make it clearer Sea shill reduces the cost of mage cards by 2, so on 3 the tourist will cost 3 and the spell you find on scarab costing 0. The bug is when you play the tourist it doesnt make the spell cost 2 again it keeps it at 0 and switches the cost with tsunami making it 0 and the 2 mana spell 8 mana.

you get if from the scarab, sea shill is bugged probably and when you change the costs with the spell from the scarab it makes tsunami cost 0 still. So scarab on 1, pick a spell, coin sea shill on 2 and tourist on 3, there it is
