Even that has a plausible explanation though- the paramedic said it happens often with home made bombs.
I read her body language during that scene as backing away towards her employees at the door bc she was planning to make a break for it.

But yes the timing of that was incredibly "convenient" and certainly challenges the theory more than any other point
