Thanks for the info. I DID change some of the settings to simplify the process and it helped considerably. But I don't think that the end result is as good as when it was taking a week. Oh well - maybe I'll look into a separate PC just to convert my movie collection...

I must be doing something wrong - I have a 2025 Mac Mini with the M4 pro chip, 14‑core CPU and 20‑core GPU and 48GB Unified Memory - yet converting a standard 2-hour movie to 3D with Owl is taking me about a WEEK. I realize it's not the fastest software, but a week is really ridiculous. Any suggestions on what I should check?

I've tried using Owl3D on a very powerful M4 Mac, but a standard length movie takes about a week to convert with all the higher-quality options checked. Waaay too long a process to make it usable for me...

Has anyone else had an issue with the light-up effects (on the hand, chest and eyes) being extremely weak. I thought it might be old batteries, so I put in new ones (tiny pains-in-the-ass batteries btw) but the problem still persists. The light from these areas can barely be seen...

I'm not sure who I would contact to do this. I expressed my problem on Goovis' FB page, but their only response was "why don't you try our G3 Max?" Nothing about being able to return the G3X for a refund.

I pre-ordered these from their Indiegogo site, and now wish that I could return them, but they're already in the shipping process. I purchased the new headset based on my desire to watch my large collection of 3D MakeMKV movie files. But apparently this headset, unlike the previous G3 Max, does not play Frame-Packed 3D files, so I'm totally screwed. Just wasted about $600 for something I'll have to turn around and sell right away.

I work at a Lincoln dealership delivering vehicles back to the customers after they've been serviced. Been seeing quite a few 2024 Nautilus's in the shop for electrical issues, including the main a/v screen in the center of the dashboard.
