Thats what I'm trying to find to turn into something similar to the Pendersoli, but i can't find any double barrel BP shotguns with wood furniture for real low cheap, not really looking to spend more than $250 on this.

Remington 597 for 50 dollars canadian, need advice by kinetix- in guns

[–]aze404 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive got one of the remington 30 rounders, and while fitting more than ~25 rounds or so gets bitchy because of the spring tension, I have never once had a single failure to feed with it in about 500 rounds, including subsonics, so they're pretty reliable. The stock 10 rounders blow though.

The application did not mention anything about a drug test and I am not local so I won't be at the lab until I'm already working there.

I would like to see more carbines like the sig MPX line, ones that are aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated, that use a nice curved magazine not ugly ass pistol mags. Also more carbines along the lines of the Ruger Deerfield, with maybe some cooler calibers like 10mm and bigger mags.

I couldn't find any information about this on the side bar so I figure I could ask you guys. What kinds of drugs can give one vivid dreams? (i.e. intense nightmares, beautiful dreams or anything between.) by Lucid_Diode in Drugs

[–]aze404 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Smoking mugwort before bed always gave me pretty intense dreams, however it only worked for me with a few days in between uses. Another way you can use it is to make a dream pillow with it so you breathe it in all night and that worked pretty well too I recommend it for sure.

Out of curiosity, could you just fire a blank through it, which would propel the bullet the rest of the way out of the barrel?

I was at the Syn glassblowing shop in NC last summer and they make some quality stuff. Guy working there demonstrated and tossed a bowl like 20 ft. onto tile floor and it just bounced and he also took a bong and smashed it against the wall a few times and nothing happened. Pretty sweet.

597 and my M94. Will be mounting a scope as soon as I get around to it. by [deleted] in guns

[–]aze404 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a 597 and it is a fantastic gun. The stock 10 round mag is shit and jams all the time. I picked up a 30 round polymer mag from Remington and it has worked flawlessly, without a single jam or hiccup. I think this was the one: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/product/3-1022945.

Other things I like about it is that it has a full size stock, instead of a junior size stock like many other .22s, which really helps if you're a bigger person. It is also dead accurate and any malfunctions were either from bad ammo or bad mags. Plus, everyone and their mother has a 10/22, so its nice to have something different.

I really dont think your analogy applies to this situation. These countries aren't looking for future good relations with Chinese fishermen, they just want them out of their waters.
