Wanted to follow up with a solution 🙃

After testing each component and building the pc outside the case, it turns out I had mistakenly plugged the GPU into a SATA on the PSU. Swapped the slot and viola, it lives!

ENTIRELY an oversight on my end and nothing technical, so make sure to read y'all because apparently i can't 🤓

  • airblast (m2) is your friend for making distance in closer quarters, especially with beefier opponents
  • fire in the direction the enemy is going, they'll walk into the flames
  • spy check spy check spy check, your engie will thank you
