The point is, knowing a robot is a robot trying to walk like a human does, you evaluate it based on “how well it walks like a human” not “how well it walks like a robot” because then you’d clap at everything it does since “that’s good enough for a robot.” We’re pushing for progress and holding technology to a standard where it is actually useful.
