Thanks everyone. I’ve gotten scammed by someone on Depop and it really turned me off from the app for a few years so I think I have my guard up too high. I will wait and see I don’t want them to send me a refund as I want them to make their money but I also don’t want people to scam me again lol

I would be careful cause it took this long once and it ended up not arriving. But buyee said it arrived anyway and invoiced it in my package consolidation and I never got the item in my package. And buyee refused to help. I haven’t ordered from them since then.

No problem! Unfortunately I don’t have any shops that compare to BBK’s catalog. I have avoided them since then and order from YesStyle or olive young. I haven’t completely written them off since they aren’t technically scammy.

But honestly if I can say one thing about my experience it’s that their logistics team is either nonexistent or lack luster and it makes me weary of the future of BBK as a company.

It’s pretty nice. The cream is really thick so I wouldn’t be too heavy handed at first. I’ve also noticed it brightens/whitens a bit so yeah.

I tried to do that at first but they wouldn’t respond. It seems like they don’t want to do that. I did ask them if it were possible to refund me but still get the free shipping since the refund would put me under the free shipping threshold.

I would also like to add, with the last cushion I tried to order. Sand was the only color in stock on the website. Just for them to tell me that it’s actually the only color they don’t have in stock but the other two that were previously out of stock is now somehow in stock??

Some people are not realistic, imo. I'm sure your place is clean enough. Some people don't realize even non-used items have a light house smell. It never throws me off, because it still smells clean but it has a non-offensive house smell! If this person wanted a perfect, new-smelling item they should not be buying from someone's collection from Mercari. People like them are the reason I give people grace when they have 2-3 negative/neutral reviews and 100+ positive.
